Spartan Cash accounts can be opened with a minimum deposit of $50.

Deposits can be made by one of the following:

Online using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express;
By phone using VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express;
Mail in a printed order form with check or credit card information;
Fax a printed order form with credit card information;
Walk-in deposits by check or cash at any Culinary Services Office across campus.

Spartan Cash can be used across campus in the Residence Hall laundries, Sparty's Convenience Stores, Sparty's Cafés & Coffee Houses, food courts, MSU Union stores and recreational venues, the Campus Center concession stand, and Olin Health Center Pharmacy. It can also be used off campus at several food service establishments.
